In response to the Orlando Sentinel's My Word column written by Mike Horner, the Florida Senator of District 79, which includes part of Poinciana clearly, Horner clearly has no clue as to how impact fees impact Poinciana. Would someone please tell Horner to quit horning in Poinciana?
