The concept behind Poinciana Home Network (PHN) is to develop a mission-oriented and socially responsible network of NAR-member real estate agents and related industry partners who all own primary homes in Poinciana and live in them. Our goals are to populate this future-concept with human resources possessing a vested interest in Poinciana and to reach critical mass within the network for the purpose of opening a real estate brokerage firm catering exclusively to the demographic needs of the Poinciana area.
