- Managed, wrote, and supervised the production of a policies and procedures manual for General Medical Corporation. At project end, General Medical received a 1,433-page manual, fully automated with WordPerfect macros. 1999.
- Developed a division-wide database program for the Virginia Department of Business Assistance for tracking existing business development and issues in Virginia. - On a project for the National Research Council, met with various organizations throughout the east coast, planned project strategy and budget for a new piece of software for the Federal Transit Board. Software was developed on-time and below a budget of $100,000.
- Created the users’ manual for Jiffy Lube of Virginia. At project end, a total of 15 area managers were trained on their internal, point of sale system using this manual.
- Grew a consulting practice for eight years during which was recognized as honorary member of ACCRA (The American Chamber of Commerce Researchers Association), 1998–1999; and senior member of STC (Society for Technical Communications), 1994.
